A voucher or promo code provides a discounted period for your beIN SPORTS CONNECT subscription. You can redeem these codes via a web browser or our Android app.

Important Notes

• Active Subscriptions: If you currently have an active subscription, applying a voucher code will cancel your existing plan and replace it with the new voucher. We recommend waiting until your current billing period ends before redeeming a voucher.

• Platform Restrictions: Voucher codes cannot be redeemed within the iOS (Apple) app. Please use a web browser to apply your code.

• Case Sensitivity: Codes are case-sensitive. Please enter them exactly as they appear.

Web Browser

1. Go to https://connect-th.beinsports.com and log in.
2. Click 'View Plans'.
   
    
3. Click 'Voucher'.
   
    
4. Input your voucher code. Click 'Apply'.
   

For Android Devices:

1. Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom right of the home screen
2. Tap 'Subscription'.
   
    
3. Tap 'View plans'.
   
    
4. Tap 'Redeem'.
   
    
5. Enter your voucher code and tap 'Apply'.
